JESSE GThere was no one there but Google said they would be there until 4:00. Once there I had no help to unload the 6x12 trailer. So I drove to the College Station location off of University. Waited in line and asked if they could show us how to remove it and the man said no that we had to return it to the location that was on record. So I drove it back to the location and managed to unload it. It was heavy and cumbersome. The service quality at the college station location was terrible.
