Thomas BIt took a little to get the U-Haul when we went to pick up. The young man had to call to get the owner I guess to sign us out. I had already paid for the U-Haul. Nevertheless we finally got it and the checkin at St Mary’s was perfect. No hassle at all. 5 or so minutes to check in.
Jessica SThe grass around the trucks in the pickup area was really long and hard to walk through. Otherwise we had a great experience!
