I had to wait quite a while for the person to come in to check the truck out to me because he was out taking a morning walk. This was on top of having to pick up the truck at this location versus the location 15 miles away where I reserved the truck.

I got charged 87 dollars extra for a mess up on what I told the cashier at pick up. Got told cant do anything about it.
