I am unfortunately am disapointed with my experience. I had booked the trailer a month out, and there was no staff at the site present for dispatch when we came to pick it up. It took an hour to figure out what we were suppose to do, and then we were told wrong information by someone on the phone. The next day I told by the Uhaul helpline that I was not suppose to pick up the trailer without dispatch. This stalled our move time, and still no one from UHaul after the lady on the phone said that someone will contact me. We had to move, and then I saw that Uhaul had changed my original drop off location and day to a place an hour away from our new home and on a different day than we had plan. I am overall disapointed with this experience, it was confusing, and it delayed our move making it more stressful.

There was nobody there on a Saturday at 11:30. I tried using the check in app but never received the text to login after several attempts. So I just left it. Then I was charged for six gallons of gas when the tank was less than 20 miles different “______ miles to E” than when I picked it up.
MICHAEL SThe HAND-TRUCK on the 20' UHaul was totally insufficient - - it was relatively light-weight AND it had NO STRAPPING. Every other rental I've ever used ALWAYS had a heavy-duty hand-truck WITH built-in straps.

Jeff SGabe was extremely helpful. He gets 10 stars! We were originally told to drop the trailer off at a different location, but the long driveway wasn’t plowed and they did not answer their phone. The UHaul reps were not helpful, when we could even reach them by phone, so we decided to drop off at Annex Automotive and Gabe took care of everything cheerfully!
