I reserved at truck in San Mateo and it was confirmed, then 4-days later they didn't have a truck or the accessories I reserved. I had to go to another outlet to get my order.

Staff was very helpful when I left something in the van and could not pick it up during store hours. They left it somewhere out of sight where I could come by later to pick it up!

I asked how to move the seat up. They don't know how to do it or cannot even answer it cannot be move up. They were moving things around and the back seat hit my head really hard. When I got to Mt destination. There is no way to open the back door. So I tried to unlock the from the front seat. That did not work. I called the place I rented to. They can't help me out. The person said someone is going to call me right back and hang up the phone. 30 minutes later still no call back. I have to figure out how to open the side door from the back. There. Was a little opening to open unlock the the door. I was an inch short to open . I have to squeeze my whole arm to open it hurt a little bit but I got to open it 50 minutes later. The people that work there has no knowledge. They are nice but no help at all. PS. They never showed me how to open the door. The key is not remote control. The only positive thing in is where the gas tank is how it works.
