There were no personnel. It was all done in the app. The only issue I had was the app telling me to retake my photos 3 times.
ROBERT NSince this is not a uhaul primary store, just make sure the customer knows to use the app to check-out (pictures and location verification).
THOMAS KTruck was slightly dirty and I requested and paid for an appliance cart but received a utility cart.
