The person who normally does the transaction wasn't there but her husband waited on me (when he was ready). Things seemed to move at a pretty slow pace - took me longer than I thought to get out of there and one the road.Told me to check that the tank was full because "people sometimes siphon gas around here'. So if it wasn't full (it was) not sure what he would have done for me.

I got charge 25$ for cleaning a day after I left. The truck wasn't clean when I picked it up.

Put some jacks on the trailers. Since there are no jacks the trailers are very hard to get on a vehicle. Since you have to Be able to pick them up yourself it takes longer than usual to hook up to a trailer. This would make the process of renting your trailer much more pleasant.

I waited 1 hour for my reserved truck upon pick up because the worker was busy with his other business he runs from that location. Even customers that arrived after me were taken care of before I was allowed to get my uhaul truck. I was charged $.99 per mile when I was told over the phone it would be $.69, there was a trailer attached to the truck when I went outside to drive the vehicle, which I had to go back inside and wait for help to detach it, truck had an odor in the cabin, the light in the back of the truck did not work. Upon return the woman did the same thing as the man did at the time of pick up, she put me off in order to take care of their other business. Clearly it's the common practice there to treat uhaul customers without priority. I will never go back to that location nor will I utilize Uhaul for condoning such poor business practices.
