Frank FThe lady at the location was absolutely wonderful which is more than I can say for any actual uhaul employee that I've dealt with because every single one of them are absolutely awful! They have zero empathy, zero professionalism and apparently zero ability to this kind for themselves are are just robots for uhaul. And if thats uhaul fault they shame on you. Uhaul may just be the worst company of dealt with the last couple months and monopolizing the market is the only way you can make.money because your policies and customer service are some of the worse of any business I've ever dealt with! If I wasn't moving across country and in a pinch id never ever use you again!!! Shame on you the way you treat customers!
