The night before they changed my pick up and drop off location to an hour away. I had to move that day so I had to drive an hour out of my way there and back to pick up and drop of the uhaul. They wouldn’t let me drop off the U-Haul somewhere closer to my home even though that was in my original reservation. So then of course they charge mileage so I had to pay for additional mileage since this place was an hour from where I live. Do not recommend this place at all! Then when I got there to pick up the truck they were not even sure if they had one available. -300 out of 10 stars.
JORDYNE VI returned the equipment to the location but no one was there to assist in the return.
WILLIAM PLocation was surprisingly closed, had to figure out the remote drop off process. Picking the drop off location was more difficult than I expected. It is hard to determine the best place due to limited information available.
Michael RNo one was present at 9am to help me turn in the trailer. Had a 6x12 and had difficult lifting the trailer from the hitch. Had to ask a passerby to pull my truck forward to unhook the trailer from.
