RONALD SCouldn't check in because there was no barcode. I was charged fuel even though I picked up the truck nearly empty. Low fuel warning was on.

LOIS BWe called 3 weeks in advance to reserve the biggest u haul available which they still didn't have available when we went to pick it up. Instead we had to get a 20ft u haul and 2 6x12 trailers which ended up costing more than I had so had to borrow money from the family just to make the move
