Neill RI was scheduled to drop off at this location yet their drop off box was covered and they indicated no additional trucks could be parked. This was after confirming with U-Haul that this location could accept my drop-off. There were no personnel on site and their phone number was a generic line with no one who could help. Very poor experience.
