After I dropped off equipment, they did not check it in for multiple days. When I went to verify the return process I had to do it myself. The employee had me do it like I was an employee and did not know the password to process the information. I was also told I was paying a deposit when I picked the equipment up and then when I returned I was told I would not receive a deposit return. I was completely unsatisfied with the whole experience and will not use U-haul again.

It took 4 days for my return to be processed and I had to visit the location then process the return myself.

TRACEY SWas no furniture pads or dolly. Not sure if it was supposed to have that or what. Expensive side for sure
ALEX BI had a problem with the online return. My phone camera locked up and was unable to take the photos. I got my work phone and logged back in and it said I didn’t have an active return. Another issue. My final destination was in LaCrosse Wi. There was a uhaul center. Full blown uhaul in Lacrosse and I had to drive 25 miles to return the trailer at a facility that was not even open.
