There was no personnel there. The parking lot was super muddy and so full of uhaul's that you could not even drive completely around the parking lot

WHY WAS I CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE WEEKS WEEKS! AFTER MY RENTAL? I WANT THIS MONEY REFUNDED!
KYLE CAfter I dropped off equipment, they did not check it in for multiple days. When I went to verify the return process I had to do it myself. The employee had me do it like I was an employee and did not know the password to process the information. I was also told I was paying a deposit when I picked the equipment up and then when I returned I was told I would not receive a deposit return. I was completely unsatisfied with the whole experience and will not use U-haul again.
kyle cIt took 4 days for my return to be processed and I had to visit the location then process the return myself.
