The truck that ordered (15 ft) was unavailable. Frustratingly, I took a larger truck. However the driver side lock was broken and the truck was covered with snow, with no way of removing it.
Charleen MSuper fast and rectified a situation very quickly and with a smile. They are very fair, and great with the rentals. Any issue has been rectified immediately. I rental there on the regular and will continue to do so.
Scott HWhen I rented the unit, I wanted to take it from Calgary to Sundre Alberta. Once I got the unit and got it 3/4 loaded I got a text message saying I had to drop it off in Didsbury Alberta. Didsbury Alberta . I contacted U-Haul and they added extra kilometres on and gave me another 24 hours, but I did not need it but it cost me an extra two hours of my day and I had to get a friend to come pick me up which cost him an hour and a half of his day. Hopefully when I get the next one which will be very soon as I’m still moving u haul will give me a great deal.
