There were 2 items left in truck from someone before us that we were initially charged for. After a quick phone call to Uhaul, the customer service rep made it right, right away. They refunded the cleaning fee, apologized and sent me the refund receipt. I didn’t even have to ask for the corresponding paperwork, it was to me that fast! They were prompt with everything, rental experience was fast and painless. Great service, would definitely use this location again. Thank you!

Very poor customer service they all talk on their language. You have to wait in line people cross you and they do take care of their customers first and then uhaul
Rohit RThe unit I rented was horrible, Battery dies every time engine is off. I have to extend the hours due to the delay it causes. Engine has odd noise too.I hope store attendant should have check the unit’s condition.
