Super fast and rectified a situation very quickly and with a smile. They are very fair, and great with the rentals. Any issue has been rectified immediately. I rental there on the regular and will continue to do so.

When I rented the unit, I wanted to take it from Calgary to Sundre Alberta. Once I got the unit and got it 3/4 loaded I got a text message saying I had to drop it off in Didsbury Alberta. Didsbury Alberta . I contacted U-Haul and they added extra kilometres on and gave me another 24 hours, but I did not need it but it cost me an extra two hours of my day and I had to get a friend to come pick me up which cost him an hour and a half of his day. Hopefully when I get the next one which will be very soon as I’m still moving u haul will give me a great deal.

Gagandeep SAir conditioner was not working at well and it was hot that day. Was’nt a good experience with uhaul truck will not recommend my friends to rent uhaul. And wiper was also not good as front windshield was very dirty i wiped it but wiper was not at all in good condition
