They didn’t want the truck at all , I got charged again recently for gas even tho I rented it amd it had 8 miles to empty upon pickup.

i had some issues and it took time but i deeply appreciate the 24/7 customer support, they were always there to respond to my queries and helped in every way. both the uhaul load sharing and road assistance service were good. special thanks to ruby- road assistance manager and nickie uhual load sharing manager for understanding my concern and tackling it properly. am going to book their services again for june 14th 😊

sam kThe truck was filthy when I picked it up and cleaned when I dropped it off. I had to wipe down the interior and three out trash. It’s incredulous that I’m charged a. Cleaning fee. And the gas take was about the same at 5/8.
