Person assisting me was the mother of the person who should have been there… she basically communicated with her daughter in Chinese try to assist me getting the keys etc.
Christopher DTerrible communication with UHaul rep; poor English skills. But worst of all was the fact that I rented my truck in Dead Man's Flats and was forced to go to a different city to pick it up. Terrible customer service.
Michael VWhen i went to put the mileage in it said on the app it said that the mileage was starting at 126810.0, I tried to change it to the correct mileage of 126820.0 but it wouldn't let me as the system said that wasn't correct. I legitimately drove 3 miles and was billed for 13 and that sucks that the rental place isn't checking the vehicles after people use them.
