AARON SI was able to reserve the trailer days in advance online. The two ladies in Caliente where I picked it up were very friendly and hooked the trailer up for me. It was a very efficient process. After returning to Reno and emptying the trailer I was able to drop it off in Sparks and again, very simple process.
