Nothing the lady that rung me up was so nice
TAIHEICHEN CI put no because when I picked the truck up it had a check engine light on. Called roadside and they sent a technician out. He messed with it for a bit and claimed it was ready to drive. After that I noticed the lights wouldn’t shut off. Reached out again they told me it was on a 30 minute timer. However after the 30 minutes they turned off and on for about two hours. Called roadside again to let them know. They sent out another technician. They were there until around 1-130 in the morning and got it all ready for me. No issues on my 800 mile trip. The truck was clean also.
Garrison SEverything was great, only trouble was the truck itself had an issue where when you went to break, it pushed like it was about to accelerate. Which was strange. The customer service at this location of rental was STELLER! So friendly and charismatic! Would recommend!
MAGGIE PMake sure uhaul website is correct before schedule. uhaul always redirects my pick up location making me spend more in mileage even though the closest location had 12 trucks on hand and online said was available
