Upin arrival at 10, there were two groups picking up before me, and they were having some trouble on the computer. I left and came back 10 minutes after and was finally given keys. The attendant did not come out with me, saying I should just "take picture". I was met with just under a quarter tank of gas... okay. When I got to my loading area and opened the roll up, I was greeted by two sets of tires and dirt throughout the cargo hold. I took photos and called Bison Auto to come collect their tires, which they did after I refused to drive back. O had to start my move which I was already late to begin. I thought an inspection was supposed to have taken place, but considering the lack of knowledge that the truck had been used as tire storage and the low tank of gas off the start has me believing they don't inspect the trucks at all. I will drive out of my way to avoid this retailer.

ARUN MPick up was not seamless- app was awful. Drop off worse. Just want to rent a truck - pick it up from a person. Wiper blades were in disrepair- they were broken and dangerous on the highway- visibility was horrible.
Don VThey took $82 from my bank account today. Like 10 days after I rented the truck. This was in addition to $96 for a two day rental at $29.99/day. I will be calling my bank to report this.
