The drop-off experience was smooth and hassle-free. The location was in a quiet area, and since I returned the truck after office hours, there was no one on site. Fortunately, the self-drop-off process worked well and was completed without any issues.

Front was not clean, rest is fine
Gaurav DThe van was in bad shape. Steering and suspension need to be seriously looked at. Van 1307. It was bouncier than the big trucks.
CHRISTINE OThe UHaul app was giving us difficulties and not working properly, so we went inside to speak to a person, and he was very helpful and willing to help. The equipment was clean, and located in a place we could easily access and drive away.
BEN EThis was not my usual good service from UHaul rentals. There was no dolly available despite ordering one. Upon return of truck the path to the drop box was full of debris and kind of a hazard. The two movers from Moving Helpers were inexperienced and damaged furniture and walls. I have had better experience using UHaul in the past. Moving Help
