GOLD AStore Clerk was very helpful and informative. Never knew this location was there but now I will be using it for all my UHaul needs.
MELISSA LI would absolutely not recommend this location to a friend. I'm very thankful I had a friend with me because the location was extremely unsettling. It was located at "Camp Camby" and the majority of the buildings looked in disarray and falling apart. There were big pallet boxes full of "donations" on every almost every inch of the sidewalk surrounding the building to pick up and return the key and there was trash scattered around the place. The truck I rented was not in the parking spot it said it would be on the "side parking lot" instead it was parked by itself behind the building (once again, I'm thankful I wasn't alone to retrieve the truck). The driver's door was left ajar, the door of the box truck portion was completely open, the box truck portion clearly had not been swept out, and the cab of the truck was dirty and there was trash in there. If I was U-Haul, I would shut down this franchise as I would not want my company associated with this location.
