Well, we were quoted $49.95 per day. There was not a 26 foot U-Haul available in our town, Lebanon. So we drove 25 miles one way to pick up a truck in Camdenton being told by U-Haul transportation that we would receive a free day and 50 miles for free on our rental. So at the most, I was thinking $50, plus any mileage over 50 miles, plus our $16 insurance we added… Somewhere around $100. It ended up being $177 because we were charged a one-way truck fee since we brought it from Camdenton to Lebanon Missouri. If this would’ve been communicated upfront, I was fine with it… But it seemed like we were misled, and that wasn’t cool to me. The truck was great, Christina at the Lebanon drop off was so helpful and I would like to use U-Haul again.

DEBRA BCharge what you say your gonna charge not show 68 dollars on the app and then charge me 140 unfortunately I needed the trailer otherwise I would have not taken it because of price change
