I was extremely disappointed with U-Haul as a company. My friend had just rented a U-Haul and had an outstanding balance from a vehicle he had just returned. I had him listed on my vehicle as a back up driver. Due to the balance, I was put on a freeze and unable to rent my vehicle until U-Haul released the freeze. At the time, we didn’t know what the issue was. I spent one hour waiting for a customer service rep to address the issue. It took 2:30 hours before I was able to leave the pick-up. The original location of pick up was changed and poorly communicated. I really don’t like the way you treat clients.

Truck pick up was smooth, but we should have been told to check text/email for the truck pickup pictures before leaving lot. By the time I saw it the link was expired.
RICHARD MReview safety protocol for renting vans. This truck should not have been on the road. The tires were out of alignment, the front end felt like it was going to fall off and the springs were very very worn.
