The only issue I had was after hours drop off using the app. Maybe the mobile service isnt great at the location but I could not get the photos of the truck to load in the app. I tried multiple times and finally gave up and called customer service. Very buggy app, definitely needs to have a better UI, which was not the location's fault at all.
