Easy to find, good lighting.
Lesa GLocation is a bit further out of town. The signage on where to park the truck is clear however the U-Haul storefront is actually inside a NAPA so it's very difficult to figure out where to go to return the keys. They should have bigger signage.
THOMAS WI was leaving Campbell River and really hoped for a smoother experience. The truck was parked in an awkward spot, and no one offered any help or guidance. It was lightly raining, which made things even more challenging. The furniture blankets and dolly were just left out on a bench. I felt like I didn’t matter—as if I was just another number. Not the kind of service you want when you’re already dealing with the stress of a big move.
