Very rude people. No customer service whatsoever. If you don’t want to help people then get out the line of work and find something more useful to do than be rude. Also need to double check trucks as I had mattress pads and the cab was dirty before I received it. If you gonna do a job, do it the right way all the time or don’t do it at all. Do better. Be better. It’s not hard.

Bring your own help if picking up a trailer. Never have I had to assist in hooking up a rental trailer before! Seriously?!?!?! U-Haul has turned into U-Hitch, U-haul, and you unhitch! Regroup and supply centrally located SERVICE CENTERS and stop this remote, understaffed crappy unsupported locations!
