Was quick to get in and to get hooked up to my motorcycle trailer during my lunch break , lady was polite and had a great personality ! Also easy to drop off after rental ALSO great pricing compared to other rentals around .

I made my reservation and confirmed for a 26’, ended up with a 20’ - HUGE increase in the number of loads to be hauled. Therefore some much needed alignment required between switchboard operators and rental location. The team at Nygard were very helpful, they helped me get the speed bumps out of the rental process and changes.

Tonya KI've always had a good experience dealing with Nyback RV. Their service is cost effective, friendly and efficient. I would recommend it highly. As far as U-Haul goes as a company, I've dealt with other locations where their unit availability can be challenging, even when booking far in advance. I guess this can happen during times when everyone needs a vehicle or trailer at the same time. Example: I managed to cram a 20ft load into a 15ft van as the 20 footer I reserved well in advance was not available with 2 days notice. So, some room for improvement on that front.
