Trailer was filthy inside and out. 4 pin connector was frozen and full of ice No capable staff was there to help (one lady in office with injured arm)

Would be more convenient for customer to pick up truck with full tank of gas, then charged for gas used when returned, rather than having to stop & buy gas right away. Also, location was advertised as being open Sunday mornings, then suddenly was unexpectedly closed yesterday with no explanation.
