Young kid, tried to be helpful but wasn’t. We reserved a 20’ truck from a location 50 miles away and had to drive an hour one way to pick up the truck. No one told me they only had 26’ truck. This resulted in us paying over $400 more in gas because we were traveling 1,500 miles away. WE DESERVE A PARTIAL REFUND!!!!
