The entire process was a shit show. I will have to call to explain because there were so many disorganized events, causing over an hour delay in our pick up and having to travel to Multiple pick up Locations, it was a legit nightmare. Terrible experience and will never use this company again
JASON WThis was the worst experience and the worst truck I've ever gotten from U-Haul. The pick up location was a dirty, disorganized furniture store without any helpful accessories to get. The truck had a dirty windshield that I had to clean myself, and it was smelly and very noisy.
