Very small location. One man operation. Took awhile to be served. However, truck was only a year old with 20,000 miles on it. Ran impeccably smooth and had plenty of power. Very comfortable and clean. Made for a great 150 mile move.

RICHARD Cequipment drop off was fine. Can’t rate the staff as nobody was on location. My complaint is with uhaul itself. Why the hell would a truck meant to travel across country not have cruise control in this day and age. It made the 1300mi trip miserable. I am ok with 55mph but at least let me lock cruise control in and be comfortable.
