We have dropped off many trailers and truck but at this location they do not check them in. Days after our deadline, we begin receiving call asking if we’re going to return the truck or trailer. We have been overcharged at this location, too. I feel that they are lacking in training for customer service. Not knowing policies. Nice people but frustrating to work with on Uhaul items
