Jill was working remotely and had guy from the body shop doing her job the best he could. Keys were not where the app indicated they would be. I was charged for a dolly rental but they didnt have any. Jill said I could go around to other uhaul sites and see if they had one. Then told me not to take my bad day out on her. She was rude and far less than helpful. Ended up paying 2 guys $100 to move my washer and dryer because I didn't have dolly. Had i been notified ahead I would have brought my dad's old dolly with me and used it. But I wasn't notified and Jill offered no apologies or assistance in fixing the problem. Worst customer experience possible. I was given no printed receipt, no instructions, and over charged for equipment I wasn't provided. Then spent another $100 to find a new solution.

Location wasn't open on the weekend !? They were very helpful trying to get the app to work which took a half hour and it never did work. U haul Customer service didn't know how to work the app. This is the last time that I rent a U haul truck.
