The uhaul app is terrible it requires 5 pictures per area and took over 20 mi for approval at pick up. Also the truck has 2 bags of clothes in it when I opened it
Matthew SThe pickup location for the key was located in the back trailer, there was a lock on the trailer and I was told one passcode and tried it numerous times and it would not open. So I had to walk around looking for someone to help me for awhile which put me behind in schedule. It turns out that they put the wrong lock on the wrong truck. What if no one was around and I wouldn’t have been able to access my rental. It was not a great experience and I left very Irritated.
