The cab of the truck needs a deep cleaning.

abdelhakim hWe just dropped it off before they opened and left the keys in the drop-off box. We called the office once they opened to let them know and they confirmed receipt.
Karen Ball the persons i spoke to were very polite. The representatives at Renes store, the location I rented the truck, were very polite and understanding. Your staff is above average. Having said that, you have to review your policy and procedures regarding cancelations due to the truck not being returned before your rental period, this was a disaster. Thank you Moe
