I did not receive the appliances dolly that I paid for. I was sent to the Uhual site in my area to pick one up since they were unable to provide me with one. After arriving at my areas uhual location, they also did not have an appliance dolly. I had to drive and pay for additional miles in the uhual for nothing. The uhual was also under 25 miles before empty.

Dean FThe small "convenience" store that handled the Uhaul stuff, "Kitty Mart" has some materials some may find offensive (sex related materials, water bongs, etc, I personally laughed at the situation), the only employee was a gal who had only been there a month, she had to have someone walk her through the process over the phone, and I personally had to hook up the trailer myself (I own a 28' RV and 20' box trailer, so am well experienced). I felt bad for her personally.
JAMES KPor falta de experiencia es mi primera vez que utilizo este servicio no sabía cómo era el proceso y me engañaron con el nivel de gasolina no era el que tenía el carro con el que ellos tenían en sus archivos me entregaron el carro con un nivel bajo y así se los entregué cuando le eche gasolina y según ellos tenía más y no es así me cobraron tres veces del precio que me dijeron es una estafa tengan mucho cuidado con ese punto
