After doing exactly as I was told , fill the gas tank up and rinsed out the drivers side floor and the bed of the truck , I took the truck back 3 hrs and 15 min. After I rented it . I received an e mail with a $ 25.00 cleaning charge , when I called to question it I was told it was a mistake and it would be corrected . About 30 min. later I received the correct bill but I have yet to see the credit on the incorrect bill . Called a left a message about the credit and have not recieved an answer .I will be able to look on line tomorrow at my Amex account to see if the account was credited If not I certainly will dispute the incorrect charges and the U Haul location can deal with them .

The pick up process was fairly easy. The customer service at the location where I picked up was terrible. It was my first time using the online service, and I was having some issues. The lady at the store was not helpful at all and told me to call the U-Haul customer service number because she closed at 1:00. Once I figured out how to use the pick up service online I was instructed to go inside the facility to pick up a key. The lady gave it to me and then I was on my way. When I was returning the truck the lady was leaving and blocked the entire turn in entrance as she was leaving the parking lot. I didn't see this until it was too late and was forced to pull in at an awkward angle. She was very rude again. I feel like she was more focused on packing up her truck and leaving than the customer.
