had an amazing conversation with the lady working when i rented the truck. she was incredible and got me checked out super fast. once i returned to the store there was nobody there. i tried calling twice before leaving the truck and going to walmart. about 10 minutes after i got to walmart. i received a call from a man sounding very agitated and upset with me for parking the truck in front of the gate, although there were no other open spots to park. once i got back the man was still giving me attitude and wasn’t exactly nice. i feel the situation could’ve been handled differently. especially since this was my first time ever renting a vehicle. i enjoyed the lady from this morning. but for any further moves i will be choosing a different uhaul location/truck rental service.

I have trouble with the website and appreciate the people at the location. The town we live in does not have good cell service and it took almost an hour to leave truck and do the pictures it asked for..
