The owner was almost an hour late opening up the store for me to pick up the scheduled truck, and said he was picking up parts, and kind of laughed it off. I was on a schedule and needed this truck to begin my interstate move. The truck was filthy and had not been cleaned by the previous renters. The truck had multiple damage spots to it and almost denied the rental, but was in a pinch. Fortunately, the truck performed well during the move.
