The lady was sweet, but we also disclosed multiple times the town we were broke down in, and where we needed to use and drop it off. Even after that no one informed us that we had to bring it all the way back, adding 3 hours to our trip out of our way. If that had been disclosed when brought up we would have done a different rental type that could be dropped at a location we were near. Nice people in building, just a rough go for us when this whole hassle and added headache of having to find someone to help us get back from there could have been avoided
