I arrived at 8:57 am for my 9:00 am scheduled appointment time. The person responsible for my rental did not arrive until 9:17 am, and did not apologize for being late. They did not have a public bathroom, and at first would not let me use their bathroom until I said I have to go right now, mind you, I had an appointment, I was not someone just walking in off the street! I would not say they were trying to be rude, however you can tell they just don't care or don't have a clue. As far as the truck, there was melted a candy bar on the dash other than that, it was clean. The "soft ride" was the most bumpy ride I have ever experienced. It felt like the 4 back tires were square instead of round, and bounced at all speeds above 5 mph. I only drove it 20 miles, I feel sorry for the person who has to spend several hours in it. I have never given a bad review. Honestly this is a honest review of my experience.
