The staff was generally nice and helpful, but there is a U-Haul location two blocks away that looks like a U-Haul location. This was at a self storage location. The vehicle had over 95,000 miles on it and wouldn’t go much faster than 40 mph. The shock absorbers were horrible And the truck rattled something awful.
