The building was not identified as a UHaul operation. Heavy traffic made me have to circle back to access it.
Charlie RThis wasn’t my first choice for drop off because it was a couple of miles further, but it was fine. I was sent a text message asking me to use this location instead. Again it was fine, but after driving 5.5 hours and then unloading I was annoyed I had to drive further to drop it off. Again, not the end of the world, but it was a long day.

Carson ATruck had an outstanding repair not completed. Check engine light came on within an hour of departure. Staff member was hard to understand and could not speak English very well.
