This was not the location I chose on my original reservation which was confusing and inconvenient. Troutwine themselves is excellent. But UHaul’s reservation system is very irritating. Why have us even go through the process if you’re just going to change everything. Also the reservation for moving blankets was eliminated when you changed my reservation which lost you this sale.

The location was great but the truck was not road worthy for the miles we were going to travel and the dolly and blankets were not included. We called around to no avail for a better truck and then were told there were not any Dollie’s for long distance. Area Manager was called by Troutwine automotive and he got us a newer truck with a dolly and blankets.
