Location opened 30 minutes late, they warned me the day before. Issues with trailer lights twice, second time required road side assistance setting me back three additional hours. Roadside assistance company was EXCELLENT! Stayed until it was fixed. Location did allow me to drop off the trailer after hours.

ELIZABETH JThe location was closed and gated and no way of entering to park the vehicle so I had to park it outside of the gate and make sure it was secured. I also returned it earlier than the 2 days but still got charged along with more for mileage. So I'm very dissatisfied and never heard from Uhaul.
