This place was great. But I had a confirmed reservation 3 weeks ago at a different location. Two days before I was to get U-Haul I was texted saying they didn’t have one!!! So I had to drive over 50 miles to get one!!! How can this happen???

It seemed like the folks managing the handover of the truck and trailer were mostly interested in getting on with the rest of their day. It turned out that my daughter's car should never have been hauled by a tow dolly (her car is AWD, but somehow I was able to book it with the online software). No one there bothered to ask or follow up on this potential issue. Thankfully, I got nervous and followed up myself the next day (before we started hauling her car).
Derek KI was charged for an extra day which is incorrect. Picked up the truck on 5/4/2026 for 4 days and was given 2 free extra days on contract. Delivered it on Sunday, 5/10/2026. The receiving agency was closed on Sunday. So we went back on Monday and was charged for the extra day. After this we noticed the phone number for contacting KZM Motors was different than their business number. It wasn't very clear but it was still charged. Truck was spot on, absolutely no issues with the agencies or the equipment.
