Note that my response do not pertain to the motor parkway experience but to the original location in my reservation in Bohemia . My truck was not ready for mobile pickup and had call customer service wait over I hour To get a representative to be told to go to another location at my own cost . This is a totally dysfunctional operation management with respects to customer and zero accountability .
