Better clarity on app pickup. I went inside and the gas station attendant had to call someone to walk them through getting my ready for the keys they sent a link to my phone that did not work with my android. Not sure why that happened

Quoted one price and charged another, truck sounded like it was on its last leg.
Lenora WI was rented a uhaul that was soooo loud it was unbearable to drive, but unfortunately I had no choice with a 5 year old. It was a nightmare. When I arrived to my destination they informed me that the catalyst converter was barely hanging on. These people allowed me to travel across states with an unsafe truck. Please bring a male with you when renting from them. They will get over on women & unfortunately I was one of them.
TASIA PFurniture was in the truck and took forever to get the truck out of the parking lot.
Gary DI only drove 20.2 miles and was told I went over 6 gallons of gas, the truck wasn’t cleaned when I got it and I uploaded the pictures and I have a video and was charged. The lady at the drop off was clueless, didn’t have the app, didn’t go check the truck, didn’t know anything. My experience with this location was not pleasant at all, I’ve been a customer for years and never had an be issue, I don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer anymore after my experience with this location. I live out of state and no matter the state I prefer uhaul over any company
