It was not until the following day in afternoon before he checked truck in, I just worried I was going to be charged for being late because he didn't check truck in when I returned it,but it all worked out, thanks

Troy SYou can improve your website. I was unable to complete the online registration due to complexity. Much of the information I entered was not shown and had to be entered by a uhaul representative the operator had to call. It took more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork before we ever went to the truck.
Richard HFaster service. There was a problem with using our phones. We use different phones including the guy at the deli. The problem was not with anybody's phones at the deli. It seemed the problem with somewhere else. A computer problem. It took us an hour and a half to get registered.
