24/7 return was easy with the app and a key drop on the side of the building. But it was just a dirty parking lot.
Troy SYou can improve your website. I was unable to complete the online registration due to complexity. Much of the information I entered was not shown and had to be entered by a uhaul representative the operator had to call. It took more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork before we ever went to the truck.
Richard HFaster service. There was a problem with using our phones. We use different phones including the guy at the deli. The problem was not with anybody's phones at the deli. It seemed the problem with somewhere else. A computer problem. It took us an hour and a half to get registered.
Deborah SPrevious to day of pick-up it had not been made clear that the truck was at an alternative location. Email/message to me mentioned an unfamiliar address and included a phone number.. I called the number, thinking that the communication from UHaul had been sent to the wrong number. Unfortunately the young lady with whom i spoke was soft-spoken and heavily accented so I as unaware that she was the person at the alternative pick-up location. Other that that, after we located the truck things went smoothly.
