Vehicle wasn’t assigned so I couldn’t get it through the app, had to call the 800 number and then call the owner to meet me at the location to get the van.

GEORGE OThe only issue that needs to be addressed is that I used the mobile app to return my rental, However, the internet signal was so weak at this location. I think you need a stronger signal or customers may have trouble using the mobile app.
