They charged me 2 extra days even though we returned on the date which was on the original rental request and charged an additional $61 for fuel even though the tank was returned at higher than what they gave us.

I returned the truck using the UHaul app, but this location doesn't have a drop box. Very convenient drop off location though. Thanks folks.
Dan BBeing a new location and their first return, Vehicle check took 45 minutes. He should have counted blankets, checked gas level, and checked exterior for damage. Checking all fluids, tire pressure, and such can be done after I’m gone. Numerous calls to U-Haul and uncertainty in billing procedures took unnecessary time
